1. Reporting an Issue

Please inspect all products immediately upon delivery. Any issue regarding a wrong item, missing item, damaged packaging, spoiled, rotten or expired product must be reported on the same day of delivery with clear photographs and your order details.

2. Eligible Returns & Refunds

Incorrect product delivered.
Damaged product.
Spoiled, rotten or expired product.
Product unfit for consumption.
Missing item in the order.

3. Full Return Policy

Nandhan Groups follows a Full Return Only policy.

Partial returns are not accepted.
If a return request is approved, the entire order must be returned.
Once the returned products are received and verified, the full eligible order amount will be credited to your Nandhan Groups Wallet.
Wallet credits are generally processed within a few hours after the return has been approved.
The wallet balance can be used for future purchases on the Nandhan Groups website.
No refund will be transferred to a bank account, UPI, debit card, credit card, or any other external payment method.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Opened or partially used products.
Fresh vegetables and fruits accepted at delivery.
Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery.
Opened repacked products.
Natural variations in fresh produce.

5. Repacked Products

Prepared under hygienic conditions.
Minor weight variations may occur.
Inspect packaging upon delivery.
No return after opening or use.

6. Order Cancellation

To ensure the freshness and timely delivery of our products, orders are processed shortly after they are placed.

Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been placed.
If a cancellation request is approved by Nandhan Groups under exceptional circumstances, the eligible amount will be credited only to the customer's Nandhan Groups Wallet.
No refunds will be made to bank accounts, UPI, debit cards, credit cards, or any other external payment method.
Wallet credit can be used for future purchases on the Nandhan Groups website.
Any approved wallet credit is generally processed within a few hours after approval.
Nandhan Groups reserves the right to approve or reject cancellation requests based on the order status and operational requirements.

7. Fresh Produce

Fresh vegetables and fruits naturally vary in size, colour and appearance. These natural characteristics do not qualify for refunds.

8. Refund Processing

Once a refund request is approved, the eligible refund amount will be credited to your Nandhan Groups Wallet.
Wallet credits are generally processed within a few hours after approval.
The wallet balance can be used for future purchases on the Nandhan Groups website.
Refunds will not be transferred to bank accounts, UPI, debit cards, credit cards, or any other external payment method.
Refunds are issued only after verification and approval by our customer support team.
By placing an order on our website, customers acknowledge and agree that all approved refunds will be issued as Wallet Credit only.

9. Delivery Schedule

To maintain freshness and ensure efficient delivery, we follow the delivery schedule below:

Orders placed between 5:00 PM (previous day) and 11:00 AM (current day) will be delivered on the same day between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM.
Orders placed after 11:00 AM will be delivered on the next day between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM.
Delivery timings are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, traffic, public holidays, order volume, or other unforeseen operational circumstances.

10. Quality Commitment

We are committed to quality sourcing, fair pricing and honest service. Please report any quality concerns on the same day for prompt resolution.

Nature does not produce identical items, and these natural variations are part of fresh produce.

5. Orders & Delivery

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or order confirmation.
Orders once confirmed cannot be modified or cancelled after they enter preparation, packing, or delivery.
Delivery services depend on service location, delivery schedules, weather, traffic, and operational conditions.
Delivery times are estimates and delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
Customers are requested to inspect all products immediately upon delivery, preferably while the delivery partner is present.
