Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or confirmation.
Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once preparation, packing or delivery has begun.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic or operational conditions.
Customers should inspect all products immediately upon delivery.

6. Delivery & Order Schedule

To ensure the freshness of our products and efficient delivery, we follow the order and delivery schedule below:

Online ordering is available daily from 5:00 PM to 11:00 AM.
Online ordering is closed every day from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Orders placed between 5:00 PM (previous day) and 11:00 AM (current day) will be delivered on the same day between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM.
Orders placed after the daily order cut-off will be processed during the next available ordering cycle.
Delivery service is not available on Sundays. Orders placed after the order cut-off on Saturday or at any time on Sunday will be processed for the next available delivery day.
Delivery timings are approximate and may vary due to weather conditions, traffic, public holidays, or other unforeseen operational circumstances.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Provide accurate delivery information.
Verify all delivered items.
Report shortages, damaged items or quality concerns on the same day.
Store products appropriately after delivery.
